We're starting with a very healthy, and sweet, Standard Poodle named "Mama's Chelsea Girl".

Chelsea was born on August 10, 2006.  I got her just before her first birthday.
Our goal is to produce healthy, happy puppies with no aggression, low-no shedding and causing low-no allergies. 
Right now we're in the process of finding Chelsea a healthy boyfriend.  Stay tuned! 
  Mixing two unrelated breeds, such as Poodles and Golden Retrievers or Poodles and Labrador Retrievers, produces what is referred to as "Hybrid Vigour".  The jury is still out but according to most, ranchers, scientists, breeders... the offspring are stronger, live longer, and tend to be much healthier.  Way cool !
  "Hybrid Vigour (or for the geneticists - Heterosis) is the term used to describe the burst of fertility, good health and growth that is seen in the progeny when two unrelated breeds are mated.  ...it's not a theory, it is the name given to describe something that happens repeatedly throughout all species in the animal and plant kingdom.  When unrelated breeds of any animal species are mated the offspring in the first generation will be more healthy, fertile, and (in animals) mentally stable than either parent breed."

AND, here's what happens to a Poodle after living in Mindoro, Wi. for 6 months.  :)
That's her Akita friend, Mac.  I think he thinks she's just a really goofy Akita.
She looks as big as Mac but he weighs in at a whopping 125 pounds.  Chelsea weighs about 45.  :)  All hair.  The non-shedding kind I'm happy to announce! 
She's actually really easy to take care of.  We'll have her shaved again in the late spring. 
We all just love her.  I think she's  amazing.
